Passengers flying on CX889 from JFK-HKG or CX888 HKG-JFK must apply
for a Canadian transit visa for adopted children.
Exception is if child is holding a national passport of the U.S.,
Mexico, EU (European Union) or EFTA (European Free Trade Association)
member state.
