Need to keep your laptop computer running at full speed onboard? We offer you inflight laptop power!
This service* is available to all passengers in First, Business and Economy Class. Inflight laptop power
is available to passengers on a shared basis in Economy Class.The power output is 15 volt DC (75 watts) or 110 volt AC (100 watts)**.
When travelling on aircraft equipped with DC power, you need to have your own universal air power adaptor that plugs into an "empower"
socket. This is different from your terrestrial power charger, and can be purchased inflight or on the ground at any major computer store.
AC power sockets are receptacle for US 2 or 3 pins plug and European standard. It is suitable for most multi-plug adaptors commonly used
by travellers and no transformer is required.

Currently for your convenience, both telephones and fax machines have been
installed in our aircraft (with the exception of 777-200s). Both telephone
calls and fax messages are charged at the same rate (please ask flight
attendants for current rate). Most major credit cards are accepted.
Cathay Pacific offers Personal Televisions (PTVs) on all aircraft
(B747-400and A340-400) and in all classes
servicing the North American routes to Hong Kong. There are
no less than 9 channels to choose from with choices such as movies,
comedy, lifestyle and children's shows.
