you understand and agree that:
1. Permission to send e-mail. Your registration in the program specifically
authorizes Cathay Pacific Airways to send you e-mail messages from time to time
containing product, service or promotional offer information. You agree to hold
Cathay Pacific harmless for any direct, indirect or consequential damages
resulting from registering in the program, receiving e-mail messages on behalf
of the program and participation in the program except as outlined above. You
represent that you are the authorized user of the e-mail address that you have
supplied and are authorized to join Internet programs in which e-mail
communications are used, and are 13 years of age or older.
2. Quality of data. You must provide true and complete information as indicated on
the registration form. In instances where we find that false or misleading
information has been supplied, Cathay Pacific reserves the right to ban the
individual supplying the information from further participation in the program.
3. Deliverability of e-mail. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the
e-mail address you initially provide is deliverable and that, should your e-mail
address change, it is your sole responsibility to return to the Cathay Pacific
CXagentsUSA site at http://www.cxagentsusa.com/update.asp and
update your e-mail address. Should your e-mail address become undeliverable, you
will be suspended from participation in the Cathay Pacific CXagentsUSA program
until such time that you provide a currently-deliverable e-mail address. In such
cases, no retroactive benefits of the program will be provided for the period
your membership was in a suspended state.
4. Leaving the program. You must remove yourself from the program should you wish
to no longer receive e-mail communications from Cathay Pacific. Simply
"replying" to a message we send you is not an authorized method of removal and
such requests will not be processed. Removal from the program is properly
accomplished by using your web browser and going to URL http://www.cxagentsusa.com/cancel.asp and
entering your username and password. No other methods of program removal are
approved or authorized.
5. E-mail to Cathay Pacific. You agree that Cathay Pacific is not obliged to answer
any incoming e-mail no matter the subject and that any correspondence for which
you desire a reply must be sent via mail to:

6. Confirmation of registration. Becoming a registered Cathay Pacific CXagentsUSA member
in good standing requires two steps: the initial registration followed by
confirmation of your registration by following the instructions we'll send you
in an e-mail message. You agree that your registration will be invalid should
you fail to confirm your registration within the stated time periods, and that,
in such cases, you'll no longer be able to participation in the program and that
you'll no longer receive e-mail messages from Cathay Pacific.
7. Changes. You understand and agree that the rules, benefits, feature and all
other aspects of the Cathay Pacific CXagentsUSA program are subject to
termination or change without notice.
